Method
- 01
Install Grok Bot and sign in
The iPhone app needs iOS 18 or later. Download it from the App Store, open it, and finish Cursor sign-in. The phone uses the same bots and the same cloud computer as the desktop app.
- 02
Share from the other app
In Photos, Safari, or Files, open the system share sheet on the photo, file, link, or text.
- 03
Choose Grok Bot, then a chat, then Attach
The item lands in that conversation's composer. It is not sent until you send it.
- 04
Add a line and send
Say what the item is and what you want back. Then send. Work continues in the cloud if you close the app.
- 05
Limits
On Android, the share sheet currently accepts text. A photo from an iPhone is the path this recipe describes.
