Turn a task you just did into a skill

Method

1. 01

   Do the task once

   Finish a real task in the conversation first. A skill is the method you just watched work, saved so a bot can run it again.

2. 02

   Ask to save it

   Say: save the process we just used as a skill called "[name]." Name it for the job, not for the afternoon.

3. 03

   State the six parts

   When to use it, the inputs and access it needs, the sequence, how to check the result, what to return, and what needs your approval.

4. 04

   Call it with /

   In the desktop composer, type / and choose the skill. Private skills are one library shared by all of your bots. If it is missing, open Connect apps, then Your plugins, then Manage plugins and skills, and look under Private skills.
