Method

  1. 01

    Make the skill reliable first

Save the method as a skill and run it once by hand. Automate it after the result is the one you would accept on a quiet morning.

  2. 02

Ask the bot that should own it

Name the skill, the schedule, the time zone, the input, the result you want back, the approval boundary, and what to do when a source is missing.

  3. 03

Set a schedule at least five minutes apart

Routine schedules must be at least five minutes apart. A bot can own up to 50 routines. The bot shows the next run after it creates one.

  4. 04

    Use Test run

A test run does real work. It can open sites, change files, and call connected tools. Use a safe input, and check that it stopped at the approval point.

  5. 05

    Enable it

Turn it on after the test. A background routine can run while your laptop is closed. Open the bot, then View conversation details, then Routines, to pause it or read recent runs.

  6. 06

    Limits

The app keeps the 20 most recent run records for each routine. Deleting a routine is immediate.
