Share your bot as a template

Share → Create template → Copy link, after scrubbing secrets.

Method

  1. 01

    Scrub the configuration

    Remove API keys, internal URLs, customer data, and anything you would not put in a public document. Anyone with the link can view the full configuration, including skills, routines, and identity.

  2. 02

    Create the template

    Open the bot's Share menu and choose Create template. The bot builds the template.

  3. 03

    Choose who can open the link

    Public link, or Team-only. Accounts on an Enterprise plan default to Team-only. Other accounts default to a public link.

  4. 04

    Copy the link

    When it is ready, Copy link, View template details, and Update template appear. Read the details, then copy the link.

  5. 05

    Update it when the bot changes

    Use Update template when you want the shared template to follow the bot. Read the details again before you send the link.
