Handle a login or 2FA safely

Take over the cloud computer for only the password, CAPTCHA or payment step.

Method

  1. 01

    Let the bot stop

    It should pause on a password or passkey, two-factor prompt, CAPTCHA, payment or identity check, or a site that requires a person.

  2. 02

    Open the computer

    From the conversation, open the computer view. You are looking at the shared cloud computer, the same one every bot on your account can use.

  3. 03

    Take control for that step only

    Finish the blocked step yourself. Do not paste a password or a one-time code into the chat. If the product shows a secure secret request, type the value there. It is masked and is not added to the conversation.

  4. 04

    Hand it back

    Tell the bot to continue. On the phone, choose I'm done when you have finished the step.

  5. 05

    Limits

    Browser sign-ins on the cloud computer are shared by every bot on the account. A login you finish for one bot is available to the others.
