Method
- 01
Start a group of two to six bots
Choose New in the sidebar, then select the bots in New chat. On iPhone or Android, use +, then New Group Chat. Edit the generated name if you want a clearer one.
- 02
Name the shared outcome
Say what the group is producing and which bot owns the next step. One owner at a time keeps the thread from doing the same job twice.
- 03
Mention a bot with @ when one of them should answer
Type @ and select the bot. Write a normal message when any of them may respond. Use @everyone rarely, for a note the whole group needs.
- 04
Review the thread
Handoffs stay visible in the group. Approval requests, secret and login requests, and email or Slack drafts do not appear there. Those stay in a one-to-one chat. A bot that must show another bot an image should send that image directly. Group handoffs are text.
