Import makes your own copy. Review what it can do before you use it.
Method
- 01
Import the bot
Open the share link and choose Add to Grok Bot. You get your own copy. It does not bring the owner's computer, sign-ins, or conversation history.
- 02
Start with the free fixes
It looks for waste you can stop without a new plan: bots you never open, routines you do not need, and one-off questions that belong in Grok, Cursor, or a setting.
- 03
Answer two questions
It asks what the fleet is for, and where the weekly usage is going. Linear and Notion are optional, if you want those tasks on the map.
- 04
Read the baseline
You get a usage baseline and a fleet map, with one line for the job each bot owns.
- 05
Review each trim
