Build accountant invoice packet

We looked this up in the docs; we have not run it in a bot yet.

From invoices and receipts in [SOURCE_FOLDER] or my mailbox for [YEAR], build a spreadsheet with columns: date, vendor, amount, currency, file name, notes. Group by month. Also list the PDFs that would go into a zip per month. Flag any duplicate amounts or missing dates. Return the spreadsheet and the zip-contents list only. Do not email the accountant or upload anywhere.
