Grok Bot Usage Limits: Why You Run Out and How to Fix It
On The X Subscription, Grok Bot does not get a separate allowance. It draws from a weekly pool shared across Grok, Grok Bot, and Cursor. xAI lists Premium at 4x Plus usage, Super at 15x, and Ultra at 50x. Plus does not include Grok Bot. When the pool is used up, further first-party use is Additional Usage from top-up credits, or you wait for the weekly reset. Checked 20 October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly price | Included usage | Grok Bot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plus | $8 | Base | Not included |
| Premium | $30 | 4x Plus | Included |
| Super | $100 | 15x Plus | Included |
| Ultra | $200 | 50x Plus | Included |
Team seats each have their own weekly pool. They do not share that pool. Third-party models in Cursor are Additional Usage from the first token. See Grok Bot pricing.

Questions
- Does Grok Bot have its own message cap?
- The usage-limits page does not publish a separate Bot message count. Usage comes from the seat's weekly pool, and the live usage view shows what is left.
- What if I still use SuperGrok or Cursor?
- The Grok Bot FAQ still describes access through paid Cursor plans or a linked SuperGrok tier. The X Subscription docs say new customers start on the new plans, and switching is optional for current accounts.
