Board deck from live numbers

Build a board-ready deck for [QUARTER] using financials in [Google Sheet], pipeline in [CRM], last deck and OKRs in Drive. First draft storyline titles (governing thought + 3 arguments + decisions needed) for my approval. Then create .pptx or Google Slides: exec summary on slide 2, performance vs plan with drivers/risks, recommendations with owners/deadlines. Every exhibit has unit, period and source line. Mark untraceable numbers TBC. Render to PNG, score each slide 1-10 on action title, one message, sourced, chart fit, layout, so-what. Fix under 9, max 3 passes. Report scores. Do not present or email the deck.
