Match charges to receipt folder

We looked this up in the docs; we have not run it in a bot yet.

Prompt

Compare the attached transaction export (or [CARD_EXPORT]) against receipts in [RECEIPTS_FOLDER]. Match by vendor, date window, and amount. For each charge list: matched receipt file (or none), confidence, and any policy note if a policy file is attached. Separate pending vs settled. Return a spreadsheet of matches and an exceptions list. Do not edit the card account, move money, or send follow-ups.
