Simple bar chart from typed numbers
We looked this up in the docs; we have not run it in a bot yet.

I will type or paste a short list of labels and numbers (for example daily minutes or weekly totals). Create a clean spreadsheet with those values and a simple bar chart (one bar per label, axis starting at zero). Title it with the main observation. Return both the spreadsheet file and the chart image. Do not modify anything else or send messages. Stop for my review.
