Usage overage underbilling check
We looked this up in the docs; we have not run it in a bot yet.

Compare what each customer uses in the usage sheet with what their plan allows in the billing sheet. List everyone over their limit, by how much, and what they would owe at current prices. Sort by dollars and give the total we appear to be leaving on the table. Do not contact anyone or change any invoices or records.
