Validate receipts into spreadsheet
We looked this up in the docs; we have not run it in a bot yet.

From the folder of receipt and invoice PDFs/images in [RECEIPTS_FOLDER], extract for each: vendor, date, currency, line items, subtotal, tax, tip, total. Validate that line items sum to subtotal and subtotal + tax + tip equal total (within currency rounding). Flag any row where two independent reads disagree or totals fail. Return a clean spreadsheet with a confidence column. Do not modify the original files.
