Draft one email to a parent from the notes I type. Keep it short and factual. Do not send it, and do not add details I did not give you.

Write what happened and what you want the family to know. Use initials if you do not want a full name in the chat.

Ask for one draft
The bot returns a short email. It does not send it.

Send it yourself
Copy the draft into your mail app after you edit it, or discard it.
