Agent email
You can claim an address such as yourname@mail.grokbot.com for your bots. Ask the bot, or open Connect apps and choose Email. Nothing is claimed until you approve. The address belongs to the account, not to one bot. Incoming mail can start a routine. Outgoing mail waits on a draft until you approve it. On a Cursor team, an admin turns agent email on first. Checked 20 October 2026.
- Names use lowercase letters, digits, dots, hyphens, and underscores, up to 64 characters.
- Reserved words such as support, admin, and grok are blocked.
- A claimed address is not given to anyone else, even after the account is deleted.

Questions
- Does each bot get its own address?
- No. The help page says the address belongs to you. All of your bots can use it in your own chats and routines. It is not available in someone else's chat or as a shared Team Bot address.
- Can a bot send mail on its own?
- No. Mail it sends waits on a draft card until you approve it.
