Grok Bot not working
When Grok Bot will not start or a task dies immediately, check the plan first. It is included on X Premium, Super, and Ultra, and not on Plus or the free plan. Then update the app and sign in with the X account that holds that plan. A trial credit uses a 7-day window. xAI has not published the dollar size of that credit.
- Check the plan. Grok Bot is included on X Premium, Super, and Ultra. Plus and the free plan do not include it. A trial credit lasts 7 days. If the credit is used up, the app can stop.
- Update and sign in again. Install the current desktop or mobile build and sign in with the X account that holds the plan. A second account without Premium will look like the product is missing.
- Retry one small task. Ask for a single outcome and a stop point. If a connector or the cloud computer is waiting on a login, take that step yourself, then hand control back.
